J grew up in an abusive home, and from an early age thought that sexual abuse was "normal". When she was 17, an older man told her she was pretty and should be a model; J began to pose for him. Soon, the photo sessions turned to pornographic photo shoots, and the man she believed to be her boyfriend began selling her for sex. Eventually, J confided in a friend who convinced her that she needed help; today, J is an advocate for other victims.
