DISCONTINUED EVALUATIONS
|
ARE/K09 Capacity building of NRC as a drug demand resource centre for UAE and the region. This evaluation-process
was discontinued and the report not published as it did not meet UNEG and UNODC Evaluation Norms and Standards. The limitations
were impacting the overall quality of the collected data and in particular UNEG norm 3 (credibility) was not fulfilled, even
though the evaluation team tried to address these challenges in the best possible way. For further information, please contact
us.
